About This Service

About This Service

Patient and caregiver education is one of the most powerful tools in home health care. Our clinicians provide structured, teach-back confirmed education on disease management, medication safety, warning signs requiring emergency care, nutrition, activity guidelines, and wound care techniques — empowering patients to manage their health confidently.

💡 Clinical Note

Patient education is a billable skilled service under Medicare Part A when teaching is complex, requires licensed nursing or therapy skills, and is medically necessary.
