Skyline's certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and home health aides provide hands-on personal care — bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and mobility assistance — all coordinated under the direct supervision of our registered nursing team. Aides are an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team and communicate patient observations to the RN.
Home health aide services are covered under Medicare Part A only when the patient also receives a skilled service (nursing or therapy). Aide-only visits are not Medicare-covered.
